The September issue of the Philippine edition of the Women’s Health Magazine is now out! This issue contains a wealth of useful information regarding weight loss. But the thing that made this particular issue is that our good friend, runner and blogger behind the Bananarunning Blog, Bards Bathan is included in the Weight Loss Challenge as she was one of the chosen participants.

She says, that when you find the right sport or exercise, you won’t even think of it as “working out.” “Mas gusto ko yung badminton, volleyball or table tennis.” The actress even shares that since she started playing badminton this January, her endurance and stamina has upped and all because she plays with her male friends. In losing weight, she adds “Do something you love and get people you love even more to do it with you.”
