Gear Up Philippines!  

Riders in the Philippines can now gear up for three days of thrilling bike action along safe closed public roads in the first ever BGC Cycle Philippines event!

ANYONE CAN RIDE! The event will cater to cyclists of all ages and abilities with The Tricycle Ride, The Kids’ Ride, The Community Ride (20km), The Challenge (40km).

Hello runners! Tomorrow, August 17 is D-DAY to learn to run better and exceed yourself via the ACTIVE HEALTH RUNNER’S SUMMIT.

To better prepare you for tomorrow’s whole day of activities, please be mindful of the following information:


Event Title: Enervon Activ presents Active Health Runner’s Summit
Date: August 17, 2013, Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Venue: Jose Y. Campos Hall, Bayanihan Center
Address: 8008 Pioneer Street, Kapitolyo, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines
Attire: Preferably jogging pants, no sleeveless shirt as it might get cold in the venue

Those who were unable to sign-up during the registration period can still do so by going to the venue at the Bayanihan Center before 8AM to register on-site. Please note that only limited slots are available for registration on a first-come, first-served basis.


Get P500 rebate from the registration fee when you present receipt of 10 Enervon Activ Capsule on event day.


Please do not forget to bring a VALID ID as this will be asked for participants to present upon entrance to the venue. Once validated/confirmed, a participant will be issued a Summit ID and materials. It is recommended that participants wear their IDs at all times while within the Summit/Expo venue.

Only duly registered participants can gain entry to the actual Summit and Expo venue. Non-registered guests/participants, apart from sponsors and event officials, will be politely disallowed to enter.



*NOTE: As the SUMMIT encourages/requires participant engagement to the activities, we advise attendees to bring their own hand towel or other items they may need to freshen up.

  • Tricycle Ride
    • The 100m / 500m Tricycle Ride is specially designed for young kids between the ages of two and five, so even the littlest peddlers can ride in their own event! Each child can be accompanied on foot by one adult.
  • Kid’s Ride
    • Open to children between the ages of six and ten, this ride offers separate categories for two different age groups. Children can safely enjoy this ride all by themselves or as part of a parent-child team.
  • Junior Challenge
    • A more challenging category designed for older children, this ride is open to anyone between the ages of ten and twelve. The objective is to ride as fast as possible for 30 minutes.
  • Community Ride
    • Whether you are an amateur cyclist, or just looking for a fun day out, join this non-competitive ride as an individual or as a team. This ride is for anyone aged 10 and above.
  • Foldies Community Ride
    • Catered to the popular folding bikes cycling community, the 20km ride invites even more people to join in this exciting and fun cycling experience
  • The Challenge
    • Open to anyone aged 14 and above, the Challenge can be participated on by individuals or teams.

Karera Lakas Pilipinas – UPDATES

Hello All! Here is an update from the organizers of the Karera Lakas Pilipinas event:

The Philippine Marine Corps together with the LakasPilipinas Team, is organizing an event that serves as an advocacy on health and fitness. This will happen on August 25 this year in time with National Heroes Day celebration.

The event is entitled KARERA LAKAS PILIPINAS, Tibay ng Marino Lakas ng Pilipino and shall be held at at the Philippine Marine Corps Camp Gen. Gregorio Lim Marine Base in Ternate Cavite. This is the first time that the training grounds of the Philippine Marine Corps will be open to the public.

Funds raised in this event shall be used for the MARFIT (Strength and Conditioning Program) as well as WOUNDED WARRIOR’S RECOVERY and REINTEGRATION PROGRAM. Philippine Marine Corps has been the subtle pillars of the country since time immemorial. As the force of choice, every marine silently perform task without reservation and regard of their own lives.

A serendipitous and unsung hero of our country is hoping for your support. Fitness is a great equalizer – both military and civilian needs to be fit in order to have a balanced and productive life. This is what the race is all about.

Active Health RUNNER’S SUMMIT Lecture Topics

Last night’s launch for the Active Health Runner’s Summit provided everyone a clearer understanding of what it is all about. Let me share to you some key points which I was able to capture from last night which are enough reason why you should believe me when I say that it is worth attending!

1. This first-ever Runner’s Summit is a collaboration of passionate athletes/enthusiasts together with experts to come up with an activity which will take progressive athletes beyond physical training and beyond what they were able to informally learn from others and the internet. 

2. The summit is a whole day demo and lecture session which is to be presented in an engaging manner where participants are not just expected to sit and listen.
