Thank You Bodivance!

Happy Easter everyone! As I prepare to resuming work again tomorrow, let me just give you this super long overdue post. 😉

Remember that last month was my Birthday Month? It was a really unforgettable birthday month as there were a lot of you who celebrated with me and there were even some who like me received something, no matter how small or simple. Sweet huh? It was then capped by a super magical trip to one of the the happiest place on earth courtesy of my employer. Me and together with my 23 other officemates spent 3 magical and enchanting days to that happy part of the world. All that will will always have a special place in my heart  and memory (cheesy but true!).

But before that, I received an email from Bodivance Marketing Associate, Marcia Cruz with a photo of one of my Birthday Month Treat winners – Nelson Caro. I wasn’t able to post it then but late is still better than never right? I would like thank the people of Bodivance for being a special part of my Birthday Month promo here in my blog. If you want to learn more about Bodivance, you can view my previous post about this product HERE.

And again, Congratulations to Nelson. I have yet to meet you personally (and so are the other winners of my blog contests) but it sure is nice to receive a photo with you on it so I can now attach a face to the name.

Oh and to all of you folks who never cease to take a peek here in my blog every once in a while, thank you so so much. I look forward to being able to share to you all whatever blessings I will be fortunate to receive in the future.

Cheers all!

MultiSport Magazine’s IBERET ACTIVE 101 SWIM, BIKE, RUN – The Multisport Series

As the sport of running continues to gain popularity as a health and lifestyle activity for almost everybody, there is another type of sport that is slowly gaining support from the public. A sport which in the past have just been regarded as only for those who are well-off is beginning to gain a wider participant-base. We all came to know this sport as TRIATHLON or MULTISPORT.

The Triathlon or Multisport for that matter, combines three sports disciplines into one – Running, Swimming and Biking. Unfortunately, not all who can run can easily make it into the world of multisport. This is because, to swim and to ride a bike is not natural or in-born to every person unlike running is. One has to learn, practice andmaster these two other disciplines to be able to have a shot into participating into a triathlon event.

But don’t fret now. As if reading everyone’s mind, Multisport Magazine comes to the rescue and presents to us a series of lectures to give us a chance to get acquainted to Multisport. Dubbed as the “Iberet Active 101 Swim, Bike, Run”, this multisport series presents individual lectures each for running, swimming and biking. It is also said that a completion of this three sessions gives a person a broader understanding about correct technique, injury prevention, proper nutrition, heart rate training and more.

Lectures will be presented by the country’s respectable coaches – all experts on the subject-matter. What is really good is that several schedules are available for each type of lecture which will be handled by the different coaches – making it possible for everyone to choose a session which is either comfortable for him/her in terms of the date and timing OR in terms of the coach he/she prefer most to listen to.

Here folks are the schedule of activities. Please do note that each attendee can only sign-up for one session for each type of lecture (meaning, one only for running, one for swimming and one for biking).

Care to know more about the details of this series? Get to know how you can participate and register for a lecture session and more importantly, get to know the people behind each lectures. Do that by downloading the official details HERE as provided by MultiSport Philippines.

*Thank you to Multisport Philippines and to Hinge Inquirer Philippines for the invitation to the launch of this event and for providing the details.
