    Hi Vimz!

We at Forward Lean Running would like to invite you to a complementary ChiRunning workshop exclusively for running bloggers on Thursday, April 29, 2010 from 6pm to 7:30pm at Mckinley Hill, Taguig. The workshop will be conducted by Forward Lean Runningโ€™s co-founder Lit Onrubia, the countryโ€™s only certified ChiRunning instructor. ChiRunning is a revolutionary running technique developed by Danny Dreyer that focuses on energy efficiency (through “focused relaxation”) and injury prevention (through proper alignment and balance). The running technique is based on proper biomechanics and on the use of gravity for propulsion. It emphasizes that the correct running form is the foundation for longer, faster, effortless and pain-free running. Visit http://www.forwardleanrunning.com for more information.

We will meet at the open parking lot across the HP Building, McKinley Hill. To get there, go down Upper Mckinley Road (which is the main entrance to Mckinley Hill) and turn right at the second corner. You will see an open parking lot on your left. This is where we’ll be meeting. We will start promptly at 6:00pm so please don’t be late, and come in your running gear.

Due to limited slots, kindly reply to this email to confirm your attendance. We look forward to being a part of your journey toward energy efficient, injury free, and enjoyable running.

    Best regards,

    Aldren

Do you have any blogs about the OCAI Run which will happen in Ortigas Center by June?

Hoping to find an article on one of your blogs about this.

    thanks/JUDE
